Why Ensucotton

Quality that holds up to an audit,
lead times your calendar can rely on

We manufacture for brands that export to demanding markets. That shapes how we work: Peruvian noble fibers, in-house quality control on every run, and response times that let you plan a season without surprises.

01

Quality

Peruvian Pima cotton and noble fibers, knitted for each program. In-house quality control at sampling and in production, to the standards buyers in the United States and Europe require.

02

Speed

Quotes in 2 to 3 business days and samples in 12 to 20 business days. We close revisions in 1 or 2 rounds, where a traditional manufacturer usually needs 3 or more to reach the same result.

03

Export

More than 10 countries served across the United States, Europe and Latin America. We know the documentation, labeling and requirements of each destination.

What we do

Five services,
one route for every case

Every inquiry maps to a service code. That makes the quote traceable: you know exactly which stage you are contracting and what we need from you to start.

FM-FP

Custom manufacturing
(Full Pack)

Complete production to your design: fabric sourcing, cutting, sewing, finishing, labeling and packing.

When it applies
Brands with their own collection looking for an end-to-end manufacturer.
What we need
Tech pack, quantities by size and color, delivery date.
FS

Manufacturing with in-stock fabrics and colors

Your same design, produced on knits and fabric colors we already hold. With no dyeing for the program, lead times shorten and minimums drop.

When it applies
Short lead times, lower volumes or replenishment, when the palette can adjust to what is available.
What we need
Your design or tech pack, quantities, and the color chosen from current stock.
Limitation
The color card is limited to stock on hand: no custom dyeing and no exact Pantone match.
DP

Product development

We turn your idea into a defined product: guidance on fabrics, construction and fit, plus the tech pack itself.

When it applies
New brands, or clients who arrive with an idea or a sketch.
What we need
Concept, visual references and target market.
M-FT

Sample from a tech pack

Prototype sewn to your tech pack, for approval before production.

When it applies
Design already defined and documented.
What we need
Complete tech pack: measurements, fabric, weight, trims and construction details.
M-MF

Sample from a physical garment

Replica or adaptation based on a physical reference garment you send us.

When it applies
No tech pack, but a garment you want to replicate or improve.
What we need
The physical garment and the changes you want: fabric, color, adjustments.
Traceability

Your quote carries the route code

Every proposal states the assigned sequence —for example DP → M-FT → FM-FP— so you know what is being developed, in what order, and what is still pending approval.

Where to start

Your starting point defines the route

Not every client arrives at the same stage. These are the four possible entry points and the sequence we assign to each.

You already have a tech packComplete, with measurements, fabric and trims

M-FTFM-FP

You have a reference garmentNo tech pack, but a physical sample to replicate

M-MFFM-FP

You have an idea or a sketchConcept and references, no technical documentation

DPM-FTFM-FP

You need a short lead time or low volumeReplenishment, a capsule, or a first market test, with color adjusted to available stock

FS

Steps marked in amber are approval gates: production does not start until you approve the sample.

Materials

Noble fibers,
calculated waste

We knit the fabric from scratch for each program, which lets us produce only what is needed. Consumption software calculates the exact amount of raw material and cuts down on waste. We work with local fabric suppliers and with trim suppliers that hold quality certifications.

Process

Six stages,
one point of contact

The sequence is the same for every program. What changes is where you enter, according to the route assigned.

01

Project planning

Send us your tech pack or an image of the design. We verify materials and fit details, then give you the sample cost, MOQ and estimated production price.

02

Material sourcing

We calculate exact consumption and knit the fabric for your program. We produce only what is needed, with local fabric suppliers and certified trim suppliers.

03

Pattern making

Our pattern makers build the block for each style. The pattern is the garment’s blueprint: it defines fit, consumption and repeatability in production.

04

Sample

Approval gate

We hand-cut and sew the sample with precise detail, to test fit and function before bulk production. Nothing moves forward without your approval.

05

Revisions

You try the sample and we define the adjustments. With the team’s experience, we close revisions in 1 or 2 rounds, where a traditional manufacturer usually needs 5 or more to reach the same result.

06

Production

Once the sample is approved, we start pre-production. Your purchase order kicks off the first run, with quality control and traceability handled by Ensucotton.

Let’s talk

Tell us what you need to manufacture and we’ll tell you where to start

If you already have a tech pack, attach it and we’ll come back with a quote in 2 to 3 business days. If you don’t have one yet, tell us what garment you want to produce, in what quantity and by when — we’ll propose the route, physical sample or product development, that fits your case.
